- Orders need to reach a minimum of $350 before taxes and delivery fees.
- You can make changes up to seven days before your delivery date. After that, no changes or refunds are possible.
- If you need to update your account details (like your address or payment method) for your next delivery, do so before the order’s deadline.
- Canceling orders before the deadline will be refunded with a $35.00 administration fee. No refunds after the deadline.
- We deliver four days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, with four time slots to choose from: 11am – 12pm, 12pm – 1pm, 1pm – 2pm, and 4pm – 5pm EST). We cannot specify a more exact delivery time.
- You have the option to pick up your meals within the same four time slots. Keep in mind that if you arrive late for pickup, items meant to be served hot may cool down.
- For food allergies, please read ingredient lists carefully. Our kitchen format cannot accommodate special food requests, and cross-contamination may occur (as some meals contain items such as nuts and others don’t).
- Your feedback is important to us. We use your input to shape future menus and improve your dining experience. You can also use the custom menu selection to tailor your future meals to your preferences.
